PERFORMANCE-BASED DESIGNS & GUARANTEED ENGINEERING

At Klean Industries, we approach the design and engineering of any projects with great care, conducting thorough research to select the most suitable equipment. We design our projects as if we were building our own facility using our own resources, which means we incorporate only those features that we would personally invest in. This commitment leads to high-quality, reliable, and consistent project outcomes.

Our project execution strategy involves assigning a team of highly trained engineers from various disciplines to each project, all under the guidance of a project manager. At Klean Industries, we prioritize the project management approach in which a seasoned professional with extensive experience in processing technology oversees the overall direction of the project. Our project managers bring many years of expertise in the design, engineering, construction, and startup of different types of plant equipment, such as boilers, solid fuel systems, waste-handling systems, ash-handling systems, turbine generators, and related equipment.

Our specialized teams, along with our internal and external partners, include registered professional engineers in various fields such as Architectural, Civil/Structural, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls, and Mechanical engineering. This offers significant advantages for our customers’ projects, as all design engineering is conducted under close supervision. We oversee every aspect of the project, from site work to the final emissions compliance measuring equipment.

Additionally, we utilize the same engineers who design the systems to carry out their initial start-up and operation. This approach ensures that the design takes into account the needs of operating and maintenance personnel, including considerations for maintenance access, as well as the placement of control valves, transmitters, and other critical components.

During the detailed design phase, we maintain regular communication with the customer’s representatives. This guarantees that the customer remains involved in the design process and that specific plant and corporate requirements are integrated. With over 30 years of experience in facility design and construction, the Klean Team is equipped to identify essential project specifications that greatly influence performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Detailed design activities typically include:
